Crispy and delicious fried banana taro at Nimman Road, Chiang Mai

This stall serves delicious fried bananas, taro, pumpkin and sweet potatoes at affordable prices. A mixed dish costs only 20 baht and the portion is so big that one person can't finish it. I like the fried skin to be very elastic and chewy, which makes it very satisfying to bite. Also, I noticed that the oil used by this stall is very fresh and not particularly black like some frying stalls. This shows that they pay attention to the quality and hygiene of ingredients, which makes me feel more at ease enjoying their food. This stall is conveniently located just behind Nimman Haemin Road in Chiang Mai.
