Upon arrival, the staff warmly greet you, offer you a delicious hibiscus tea, and provide a cold towel to wipe your hands and face, making the entry experience excellent. Next, the staff will ask you to fill out a form, which not only asks for basic information but also inquires about your massage preferences or areas you want to focus on, as well as any important considerations such as surgeries or skin allergies. After the massage, the therapist will escort you to the relaxation area to enjoy hot ginger tea and traditional Thai rice crackers, which is very enjoyable.
