Tonta & Tawan Bakery

Tonta & Tawan Bakery, a beloved bakery in Chiang Mai, has been passed down from mother to daughter. The daughter studied pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. The bakery has three branches. The first branch is hidden in a corner shophouse on Mahidol Road at the entrance to Chiang Mai Land, covered with trees and marked by a blue sign. The second branch is on Chiang Mai-Hang Dong Road, and the third branch is in San Pa Tong District at the Kwan Yu Hua Garden House. Highly recommended menu items include the delicious brownies (available in plain, almond, cashew, and macadamia varieties), the excellent orange cake, and the Blondie, blueberry, and chocolate ganache, which are good but a bit sweet. The cookies come in various flavors and are moderately tasty. Prices are reasonable, and there are no MSG additives. They deliver nationwide and can ship chilled items as well. For those who love bakery treats, this place is highly recommended.
