Wat Rampeng (Tapotharam) is located in Suthep Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chiang Mai Province, or behind Chiang Mai University, in the same area as Wat Umong. Wat Rampeng is a relatively quiet, peaceful temple with a shady atmosphere, suitable for studying the Dharma, practicing Dharma and Vipassana meditation. This temple is quite famous for this. There will be a monk to give advice and teach. If you come from other provinces or districts, you can stay overnight at the temple. Another highlight is the Vihara.
