Stay at ISTY Chiang Mai for staycation and vacation.

ISTY Hotel is not far from the old moat of Chiang Mai Province, about 1 kilometer from Chang Phuak Gate. It is a good location if you want to visit temples in Chiang Mai city. There are many restaurants nearby, especially at night. The atmosphere inside the hotel was quite lively during the day. There were many foreigners. I like that there is a common room for staycation or workation visitors to work outside their rooms. There is also a coffee shop in front of the hotel entrance. The highlight here is the swimming pool. Although it is not very big, it can be used for swimming. It is a pity that I did not try it because the weather was still cold when I went. There is also a very chill bar on the 4th floor. In the evening, when I come back from traveling, I can sit and relax in the cool air (don't forget to check the PM value first). The breakfast that I ordered was plentiful and tasted very good. The average room rate per night without breakfast that we got was a promotional price of no more than 300 baht/night. At this price, if the full score is 10, I would give it 9 because the wet and dry zones have partitions that look like they don't have partitions. When I showered, the whole room got wet. The floor tiles were very slippery and there were black water stains in some places. Overall, I am okay with this hotel.
