Delicious restaurant with a great view at Singha Park

In addition to having many activities and beautiful views to take pictures, there is also a large restaurant called Phu Phirom located in the middle of the farm. Of course, for those who come to visit here, this is a restaurant that should be visited. But for those who just intend to eat, the farm will have a golf cart to take you to the restaurant on the hill. It is very convenient. 🏠 Atmosphere The shop is a large wooden building that looks beautiful and spacious. The surrounding area is open to cool breezes and fresh air in the farm. There is a balcony on all sides with a beautiful 360-degree view. It is perfect for sitting and relaxing, enjoying the view, and eating delicious food in a chill atmosphere. 🍽 Menus that we tried The food here uses ingredients from products in the farm. We guarantee the quality and freshness to a certain extent. We ordered the following: ➡️ Northern Hors d'oeuvres – Let's start this meal with light snacks in the style of authentic Northern food. This dish consists of Sai Ua, Moo Yor, Naem Sod, Nam Prik Num with Boiled Vegetables, and Crispy Pork Rinds for you to enjoy. The taste of everything is good. ➡️ Hang Le Curry – Hang Le curry paste is fragrant and the taste of the curry is rich and well-rounded. The fatty pork is quite tender. ➡️ Crispy Fried Tea Leaves Salad – This dish is a five-star dish. Young tea leaves are coated in flour and fried until crispy, sprinkled with freshly roasted peanuts. Served with a spicy but well-balanced sauce that is sour, sweet, salty, and spicy. It is also topped with bouncy fresh shrimp and carrots. Eating it with crispy tea leaves is the best. I am so impressed. ➡️ Fried Duck with Tamarind Sauce – This dish is also very delicious. The duck meat is soft and the skin is crispy. The tamarind sauce that is poured on top is sour and sweet, just right. It is delicious and does not disappoint. Overall, this is a restaurant that I feel that if you come to Chiang Rai, you should not miss it because it is outstanding in both atmosphere and taste of the food. It is worth coming to try at least one meal.
