[Chichibu Shrine] A great place to visit power spots ◎ Create a fantastic scene with the winter light-up event!

Chichibu Shrine is located a 3-minute walk from Chichibu Station. It is located at the end of the shopping street, so it is also recommended as a stopover spot for sightseeing in the city. It is the main shrine of the Chichibu region and one of the three Chichibu shrines. The Chichibu Night Festival in December is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage as one of the Yama, Hoko, and Yatai events. It is also a cultural asset designated by Saitama Prefecture. On the day I visited, the shrine was lit up during the Chichibu Night Street Colorful Walk event. It was a rare night visit and I was able to see the fantastic appearance, so it is an event that I would like you to check out again when it is held. There are a total of six lit-up locations in the area, within walking distance. The patterns projected are motifs related to Chichibu, such as moss pinks and icicles. #0 yen trip February 2025
