Once again, I was left speechless by the intangible cultural heritage... The iron tree blooms with silver flowers, and the stars shine brightly! I came to Chishui early this year to experience the New Year atmosphere. I watched a spectacular and romantic iron flower show at Chishui Waterfall 🎆 This is my second time visiting this hidden gem, and Chishui has surprised me again! It's a great place for a two-day trip from Chengdu. . My two-day itinerary Day 1: Depart from Chengdu in the morning 🚗 to Chishui, and visit Chishui Danxia Waterfall in the afternoon. Day 2: Visit Sidonggou in the morning, have local snacks at Bing'an Ancient Town at noon, visit Buddha Light Rock in the afternoon, and return to Chengdu in the evening. . ✔️ Chishui Waterfall As expected, the waterfall is magnificent and was rated the most beautiful Danxia waterfall by National Geographic. You will be amazed by the waterfall's grandeur when you see it up close! I was lucky enough to see the intangible cultural heritage iron flower show this time. It was a uniquely Chinese romantic experience, and it was stunning and impressive! . ✔️ Sidonggou Each cave has its own unique scenery, and the four caves and waterfalls are all different. I highly recommend the waterfall couplets in the first cave, which are full of New Year atmosphere and make for great photos! . ✔️ Buddha Light Rock The red Danxia cliff is adorned with waterfalls that look like silver ribbons, just like the "Milky Way falling from the sky" described in Li Bai's poem. Next to the Lotus Viewing Platform, there are steps that symbolize "climbing higher and higher." May we all rise higher in the new year. . ✔️ Bing'an Ancient Town This thousand-year-old town was built on a mountain and has preserved its simple folk customs and original secluded lifestyle. The stilted buildings are very distinctive, and there are many local delicacies and snacks in the ancient town. It's worth a visit. .
