As for the sauce, we chose black pepper sauce and truffle butter (very fragrant). Next up is Pasta bolognese, pasta with beef sauce, chewy and springy noodles. The shop said that they simmered the beef sauce for more than 8 hours. Followed by beef fat fried rice, mushroom soup, mashed potatoes with cheese, and salad.
