Xian'ning's Official Wealth Mountain Hiking Adventure

Xian'ning, a seemingly ordinary city, hides many secrets unknown to the public. This time, I had the privilege of visiting the legendary Official Wealth Mountain, a place full of mystery. Official Wealth Mountain, named for its shape, is also elegantly called Gold Cabinet Mountain. Its unique shape is like a piece of art meticulously carved by nature. The legends about it are even more colorful; some say it is the incarnation of the twenty-four filial exemplars, others say it is a feng shui treasure land with countless treasures hidden within. As I stood at the foot of the mountain, looking up at the towering peaks, an urge to explore surged within me. Walking up the winding mountain road, each step felt like stepping into the long river of history. The surrounding scenery was picturesque, with green mountains and clear waters, as if one could hear the whispers of the ancients. After about 10 kilometers of hiking, I finally reached the highest point of Official Wealth Mountain. Standing here, overlooking the entire Qingshan Reservoir, I felt a sense of openness, as if the whole world was at my feet. The distant mountains rose and fell, and the nearby water surface shimmered, forming a stunningly beautiful picture. After descending the mountain, I chose to take a boat tour of Qingshan Reservoir. The boat sailed on the lake, with a gentle breeze on my face, and the beautiful scenery of mountains and water was intoxicating. The lake water was so clear that the bottom was visible, and fish freely swam in the water, as if telling the story of this land. During the lake tour, I was also fortunate to experience a farmhouse restaurant on the island. The food here was simple, but it was filled with the taste of home. Interacting with the enthusiastic islanders, listening to their stories of life on the island, I felt the simplicity and authenticity of this land. This adventure made me deeply appreciate the charm and mystery of nature. Official Wealth Mountain is not only a place with beautiful scenery but also a treasure land full of historical and cultural heritage.
