Winter in Qiandao Lake

Qiandao Lake Scenic Area is located in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta. It is 129 km from Hangzhou and 140 km from Huangshan. It borders Lin'an to the north, Changshan to the south, Kaihua and Quzhou to the southwest, Tonglu and Jiande to the southeast, and Anhui Province to the northwest. The lake is shaped like a tree branch and is home to 1,078 islands of various sizes. The islands are scattered throughout the lake, some densely packed and others more spread out. The main attractions include Meifeng Island, Monkey Island, Longshan Island, Suo Island, and Santan Island.
