Sobaeksan National Park

#koreatrip "Sobaeksan National Park is an underrated but beautiful hiking destination. The trails here are peaceful and less crowded, making it perfect for those who enjoy quiet nature walks. I hiked to Birobong Peak, and the view from the top was absolutely breathtaking, with rolling green mountains stretching in every direction. In spring, the azaleas and wildflowers bloom, covering the mountains in vibrant colors. The park is also home to Guinsa Temple, a massive and stunning Buddhist complex tucked into the valley—it’s one of the most unique temples I’ve ever visited. The air was fresh, and I loved how clean and well-preserved the park was. Since it’s not as touristy as other parks, I found it to be a peaceful retreat from city life. If you’re looking for a scenic hike with a mix of nature and culture, Sobaeksan is a fantastic choice!"
