#kualalumpurtrip I arrived at the hotel at about 12.45pm and went directly to the counter located in the lobby which is on the 1st floor. The lobby of this hotel is quite large and apart from the counter there is also a restaurant on the same level as well as a cafe. The check-in process only took a few minutes and as soon as I got my access card I went straight to the 11th floor by taking the elevator. There are 4 elevators in this hotel and the time to wait for the elevator is not long because there are not many visitors at that time.
