The curling smoke from the holy snow-capped mountains is an interpretation of oriental aesthetics

The hotel is located in Wunongding Village opposite Meili Snow Mountain, with an altitude of 3,560 meters. It is surrounded by Meili Snow Mountain, Baima Snow Mountain and the valley where three rivers converge. There are only 23 households in the whole village, and the hotel happens to be the 23rd unique household, standing on the plateau with modern architectural style. Design Jixiashan Meili Hotel was formerly a well-known seasonal bird hotel, which was carefully renovated by Harvard returnee architect Zhao Yang over a period of three years. The hotel incorporates elements of traditional Tibetan dwellings and uses local rubble and cement rammed earth as the main building materials. It is both thermally insulating and rustic, and coexists harmoniously with the surrounding environment. The interior design was done by Xie Ke of Shang Yi Yang, which perfectly interprets the "Wabi-Sabi" style of oriental aesthetics. Public Area The second floor has the "Snow Mountain Tanka" study room, which provides books on themes of nature, literature, and poetry, including many masterpieces produced by Ideal Country. The third floor is the "Kawagebo Bar", which faces the snow-capped mountains and is inspired by the golden roofs of Tibetan temples. The golden dome is inlaid with gold foil to reflect the sunlight, allowing guests to feel the charm of ancient legends in the beautiful scenery of "Sunshine on the Golden Mountain". The public area on the fourth floor has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a 360° view and taking in the magnificent scenery of Jinshan Mountain in the sun. Tips: 1. The best time to view Jinshan Mountain in the sun is from October to March of the following year. 2. When you first arrive in the plateau area, please avoid bathing and strenuous exercise, and keep warm. 3. When driving in winter, please prepare anti-skid chains to ensure driving safety.
