Amazing experience

A fantastic, true 5* experience in every aspect! We came over to Doha for my birthday and decided to choose IHG and we were not disappointed. The hospitality of staff is on another level - from doorman to reception to concierge to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and very, very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, well equipped with everything needed for a most comfortable stay. Big thanks to our room attendant May, who was keeping everything spotlessly clean,and to the concierge team for their advice on how to get around and what to see - thank you, Titis! - and reception for their support;the valet and security team were also all fantastic. Finally, delicious food at Coral and room service! The hotel management should be very proud of their people and how the space is run. We'll be back again, mostly because of these wonderful people, who made us feel like we were at home.
