Hidden food in Kota Kinabalu: Yuan Long KB noodles

My friend drove me to the back alley of RTM (National Radio) in Kota Kinabalu and said mysteriously: "Take you to try the hidden version of KB noodles!" This stall is called "Yuanlong KB noodles". The "KB" in the name is the abbreviation of Kota Belud. It turns out that this noodle has been passed down in Kota Kinabalu for decades. I ordered a bowl of dry noodles. The noodles are like wonton noodles in West Malaysia, chewy and refreshing. On top is the smooth yellow-skinned vegetable garden chicken, which is shiny in color.
