5-day tour to Dongshan Island in August

On August 15, at the end of the summer vacation in 2024, I set off for Dongshan Island, Zhangzhou, Fujian, to go on a spontaneous self-driving trip with a friend's family! The smell of the sea breeze in the night came to us. We checked into the B&B we had booked and started our five-day trip to Dongshan Island. Dongshan Island is the most cost-effective place we have visited so far. The town is relatively old and not much developed. The coastline is winding and there are many scenic spots suitable for playing in the water and taking pictures. They are basically open. During our 5 days on Dongshan Island, only Fengdongshi was a paid scenic spot. It really didn’t cost much but the experience was very strong! We chose a homestay, which is just right for two families to live in and we can cook our own meals. Dongshan Island has a rich nightlife and businesses on the street usually open after 9 a.m., plus the ultraviolet rays are strong at noon, so tourists usually go out to play after 3 p.m., so choosing a suitable homestay will make you more relaxed!
