One of the nicer hotels of NYC. Ashley at the front desk is super nice, and the doormen are beyond exceptional. The rooms are extremely spacious, especially for an NYC hotel. This hotel goes ABOVE and beyond standards of service. I wish I could give them a 10 star. They are legitimately phenomenal. You simply cannot beat this hotels vibe or service. You will be treated like a king, they are so kind and accommodating, this is truly what a 5 star hotel is, a Michelin five star! We had such a wonderful stay! We felt right at home the entire time. Excellent staff, rooms were so spacious and extra clean. Bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Room service was always delicious. Everything was top notch! Will be recommending to all our friends and family.
