#ThailandFlightEvent I was able to see sketches of Rome and Venice that contained the scenery that Goethe would have seen when he arrived in Rome in 1786. The 18th century paintings, which were drawn in drawings rather than in photographs, were so detailed and vivid that it was fun to look at them. If you go to Düsseldorf, I recommend stopping by to learn about Goethe. As a tip, if you go after 4pm, admission is free. #EuropeTravel #düsseldorf
