A very popular bakery at the Eniwa roadside station

A bakery located inside the roadside station in Eniwa. I don't usually eat bread, but I was happy to find this bakery so recommended. Popular items include pumpkin pudding bread and apple bread. It's twice as soft as I imagined! The fluffy dough feels so gentle and makes me happy. I didn't try it, but apparently the bread was also fluffy. In addition to bread, they also sell Hokkaido specialty (apparently) lemon cake and jam. There is an eat-in corner, but it was still fluffy even when I ate it the next morning, so it's delicious even if you take it out.
