Fukuoka's hidden view restaurant, Atago Shrine

It's a different view restaurant from Fukuoka Tower. To get there, get off at Muromi Station or take a bus and get off nearby (use Google Maps) and walk for about 20-30 minutes. There are quite a few stairs and uphill climbs, but I can't give up the view... If you walk up for a while, you'll see a wide open view at a glance but when I went, there were no people at the shrine, so it was nice to just sit there and stare blankly. You can also see the Softbank Dome Stadium and Fukuoka Tower in the distance. And the observatory here is also well-known as a great place to enjoy the night view, but it is currently only open until 5:30 PM, so please take note.
