Moff Animal Cafe, located on the fourth floor of LaLaport Fukuoka, is a great choice for family trips. It features over 40 types of animals, including capybaras, sloths, and owls, which you can get up close to and feed, making for a very therapeutic experience. The entrance fee is 1450 yen (950 yen for children), offering unlimited playtime and self-service drinks, making it a great value. The environment is clean and odor-free, making it suitable for both adults and children to relax. The staff are friendly and actively assist with interactions, providing peace of mind. However, the drink selection is ordinary, so if you're expecting gourmet food, you might be a bit disappointed. Overall, it's a great place to interact with animals and relax, highly recommended for animal lovers!

今天和另一半來慶祝週年紀念，眾所周知Omakase是高消費項目，所以每次我去光顧新店時都會先做好資料搜集，這是被譽為城中最具性價比的Omakase店，去過之後才真正知道是名不虛傳

打響頭炮的是松葉蟹肉配上沖繩水雲，緊實鮮甜的蟹肉搭上酸甜的水雲十分開胃

緊接是來自北海道的鮟康魚肝，師傅用上柚子酸汁調味，去了內臟腥味，獨留了肥美的味道，最後吃幾片墊底的海帶將口腔煥然一新

由於是25品極豐富關係，所以師傅會將刺身和壽司分了幾個部份梅花間竹奉上，令口味得以轉變不覺沉悶，再來是蟹膏豆腐配上松葉蟹肉，頂端有一點德國黑魚子，師傅以同樣技法去炮製不同材料，味道相當有驚喜

卷起的鰤魚刺身看出了刀功的細膩，用了柚子胡椒提味，鮮甜肥美，只有生長到60cm以上的油甘魚才有資格被稱為鰤魚

突然送上一隻擺盤精美的小缽，內裏是北海道牡丹蝦，加上一大撮精心煮製的蝦頭膏調味，入口膏香翻湧，和鮮甜嫩口的蝦肉相輔相成

間場一道煮物也不簡單，是磯煮鮑魚配上蟹膏醬，鮑魚片腍滑易咬，蟹膏醬的濃郁令味道更佳

這裡的功夫菜是金鯛立鱗燒，鱗片香脆可口，魚肉鮮嫩可口，加上清甜生紫菜高湯是一流

Today, my partner and I are celebrating our anniversary. As everyone knows, Omakase is a high-end dining experience, so I always do my research before visiting a new restaurant. This place is reputed to be the most cost-effective Omakase restaurant in the city, and after visiting, I can confirm it lives up to its reputation.

The meal started with snow crab meat paired with Okinawan mozuku seaweed. The firm and sweet crab meat combined with the tangy seaweed was a great appetizer.

Next was monkfish liver from Hokkaido, seasoned with yuzu sauce to remove the fishy taste, leaving only the rich flavor. A few slices of kelp at the bottom refreshed the palate.

Since there were 25 courses, the chef served the sashimi and sushi in several parts to keep the flavors interesting. The crab roe tofu with snow crab meat and a touch of German black caviar on top was a delightful surprise, showcasing the chef's skill in using different ingredients.

The rolled yellowtail sashimi demonstrated the chef's knife skills, seasoned with yuzu pepper for a fresh and rich taste. Only yellowtail over 60cm in length can be called 'buri'.

Suddenly, a beautifully presented small bowl arrived, containing Hokkaido botan shrimp with a generous amount of shrimp head paste. The rich paste complemented the sweet and tender shrimp meat perfectly.

The interlude dish was a simple yet exquisite abalone simmered in crab roe sauce. The tender abalone slices were easy to chew, and the rich crab roe sauce enhanced the flavor.

The highlight was the grilled golden snapper with crispy scales. The crispy scales and tender fish meat, paired with the sweet seaweed broth, were exceptional.

The Aso Boy train heads to Mount Aso. The mountains are covered with snow and the cold is overwhelming. Standing at the foot of the volcano, the scene before us is shocking. The crater is filled with smoke, which forms a wonderful contrast with the white snow scene. The wonders of nature are amazing.

Beppu's hot spring resort. The streets are filled with a faint smell of sulfur, and there are signs of various hot spring resorts everywhere. Walk into a hot spring hotel and soak in the steaming hot spring, and the fatigue of the journey will instantly disappear.

Take the sightseeing train Double Star 4047 to appreciate the countryside and enjoy a relaxing time.
Yufuin, experience the literary romance and hot spring cuisine of the small town.

Early in the morning, I arrived at Ohori Park in Fukuoka and started my journey amidst the shimmering lake views. The park's lake is as calm as a mirror, surrounded by lush greenery, and the flowing water and small bridges reveal the elegance of Edo-era gardens. I rented a bicycle and rode along the lake. The fresh air made me feel refreshed. Then, stop at the pavilion on the island in the lake to take a rest and enjoy a cup of hot tea. The scenery reflected by the lake is extremely charming. In the afternoon, continue to visit the nearby Fukuoka Art Museum to admire its collection of Asian art and experience the perfect blend of culture and nature.
Day 2: Garden Tranquility and City Leisure
The next morning, I went to Maizuru Park, which is not far from the park. It was the flower season, and the colorful flowers made the ancient stone walls look particularly beautiful. Strolling along the paths filled with the fragrance of flowers, you can't help but feel the harmonious beauty of the interweaving of history and nature. In the afternoon, I moved to the Tenjin shopping district to explore the local fashion and food culture, and specially tasted Fukuoka's famous Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen. At sunset, I returned to Ohori Park again, sat quietly by the lake, looked at the golden sunset shining on the lake, and let my thoughts drift with the evening breeze, bringing this quiet journey to a perfect end.

The next day, I chose to return to Youquan Pavilion to savor a different perspective. The morning sun shines on the surface of the pond, the water shimmers, and the sound of birds singing complements the garden scenery. I read quietly in the academy in the garden, feeling the leisurely life of ancient literati. In the afternoon, we walked through the alleys surrounding the park, explored local craft shops, and bought some hand-painted ceramics as a wonderful souvenir of the trip. This two-day trip was like a spiritual practice, where I found a moment of peace in the hustle and bustle of daily life. The tranquil atmosphere of Yousen-tei brought a perfect end to my trip to Fukuoka.
