I went to a yakiniku restaurant in Fukushima called Sumibi Yakiniku Fukuwarahi to have a hamburger lunch 🥩 ⁡ I had a 100% domestic beef coarsely ground lean hamburger steak cooked over charcoal, and red grape juice for adults!!! ⁡ You can eat 3 hamburgers, each 60g, for a total of 180g!!! What's more, the hamburger steaks are made only from domestic beef, with no binders, so it's so juicy and meaty that you'll wonder if you're eating a steak! ? It's fun to grill it yourself over charcoal, and you can cook it to your liking. ⁡ You can choose 3 sauces from 9 types (yakiniku sauce, oni oroshi ponzu, Tasmanian mustard, garlic soy sauce, truffle egg yolk, wasabi soy sauce, pepper salt, salted raw pepper, green chili sauce)...!!! ⁡ The one you definitely want to try is the truffle egg yolk😇 The soft egg and hamburger go really well together!!!
