Hotel in front of Takeshima

The view from the room with a view of Takeshima was amazing. Some of the furniture in the room was worn out, but I guess I could overlook that. I was looking for a hotel with a pool and decided to stay at Hotel Takeshima, but unfortunately I heard that the pool has closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and there is no prospect of it reopening. The sauna has not yet reopened. ・ The dinner at Hotel Takeshima was Western food. The kids' appetites were whetted by soup, gratin, and steak with demi-glace sauce. ・ The hotel arranged the three rooms for three families side by side, so the kids had a blast just going back and forth between the rooms. It's a shame that the futons were quite small. They don't provide free mineral water, which is now a standard, so it's better to bring your own. If I had known earlier that the Gamagori fireworks were to be held the next day, I would have stayed on that day. That's the only thing I regret. #AichiTrip
