The entire building is decorated in sweet pink tones, from the front of the hotel, the front desk, and even in the bedroom. The room we booked had two king-sized beds and could accommodate 4 people. The room was spacious and had windows, but the city view was not very beautiful. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, and there was a water hose without a spray nozzle. There is also a swimming pool, which offers a very close-up view of the Komtar building. It is very beautiful. In terms of service from the staff, they communicate well and try to help with various matters. I really like it. The hotel also has a cafe that is also decorated in sweet pink, which is located right next door. However, we did not have the chance to try it out. Note: This accommodation is also located near a famous restaurant, Makan Pagi by Fizzy Cafe, which is a restaurant with a long queue. But we couldn't wait in line, so we didn't try it.
