Gibraltar's history comes to life

Andalucia Tour Extra ~ Gibraltar No visit to Gibraltar would be complete without visiting its museums. The museum itself is filled with small rooms and narrow passageways. The dimly lit artifacts in the lacquered cabinets, more reminiscent of what an 18th-century Victorian gentleman might have collected in his private study, belie the significance of the objects on display. Most of the objects on display are of great historical value, but what most attracts the visitor's attention is undoubtedly the grandeur and excellent condition of the Arab baths located on the lower floor of the museum. Unfortunately, no photography or video recording is allowed. It’s a world away from the modern museums you might have visited in various cities – may it always remain so.
