GIFU CASTLE

Gifu-jo, originally called Inabayama-jo, is built atop the 338m Mt. Kinka in Gifu prefecture. It is famous for being where Oda Nobunaga took his first steps toward the unification of Japan towers above. The peculiarity of this Japanese castle is that it’s located at the top of a rock. Plus, when you climb it and reach the pinnacle, you feel like a king because you can admire such a whirlwind landscape! I wish to be back in Gifu this year! #2024wish
