Forest Trails & Chill Peaks in Jangyu

#summervacay Spent the day hiking up Yongjibong in Jangyu, Gimhae, and it was such a refreshing little escape! The trail starts off tucked behind the town, and it quickly slips into this peaceful forest that just shuts out the noise. It’s got that classic Korean mountain trail vibe, wooden steps here and there, rocky patches, and birds chirping like they’re in a K-drama. The hike itself isn’t super intense, but it does have a few sneaky steep parts that’ll wake your legs up. Once you get close to the top, the views open up, and you can see Jangyu town below and mountains stretching in every direction. There’s a few nice resting points too, with those little pagodas perfect for water breaks and snacks. Not too crowded, which made the whole vibe extra chill. Just me, the trail, and a bunch of fresh air. If you’re around Gimhae and want a solid nature fix without going full beast mode, Yongjibong is totally worth it.
