The Burrell Collection

#glasgowtrip Hidden in the lush Pollok Country Park, The Burrell Collection is such a hidden gem—think world-class art but without the huge crowds! The museum has a little bit of everything: medieval armor, stunning tapestries, impressionist paintings, and even ancient sculptures from around the world. One of my favorite things? The giant glass windows that make the whole space feel so open and bright, with gorgeous views of the greenery outside. It’s such a peaceful place to wander around, and if you’re an art lover, you’ll absolutely fall in love with the collection (I was obsessed with the Degas pieces!). After exploring, I took a walk through Pollok Park, which was honestly the perfect way to end the visit—it’s so picturesque and even has Highland cows grazing nearby. Seriously, this place is a must for a relaxing, artsy day out!
