Have you ever been to the movie town in Guangzhou?

Located in Zengcheng, there is a 1978 Cultural and Creative Park, which feels a bit like the style of the old Red Brick Factory. Both are old factory buildings that have been upgraded and transformed to be endowed with commercial functions again. There's also a film amusement park and open exhibition areas to see. I particularly like the ivy climbing on the old walls; it looks very lush and beautiful. The homestay we stayed at is right next to the park. Walking along the river, you can see a pure white church. Usually, cars are parked at the entrance, and it is said that weddings are held there by appointment from time to time, but unfortunately, we didn't catch one this time. Further ahead is the Riverside Square, which has more shops, and then the most conspicuous is a huge chimney, with some exhibition halls underneath, including props used in movies and displays of historical items. There are also popular auditoriums from the 70s and 80s with a retro vibe, suitable for shooting themes like 'Parents' Love.' Passing through the alley, there is also a huge train and platform, which is quite photogenic when there are few people. Next to it, there is a Go game hall, which attracts a crowd, and the central square also hosts night markets or themed events from time to time. Inside, there is also a special exhibition area for purple clay culture, and drinks are sold at the entrance from time to time, which is nice for enjoying tea. The cinema is not too big, with a limited schedule, probably only two halls. The rest are some bars or KTVs, but due to it being daytime, it seems quite deserted. For taking photos, a morning or an afternoon is almost enough. Finally, you can go to the riverside, where the cool breeze is very comfortable. In the evening, you can camp and drink beer in the scenic area.
