Guangzhou's old water park

If you want to understand what Guangzhou looked like decades ago, you can check out the most classic water park - Hippo Hippo used to be the largest water park in Guangzhou. When I was a child, I could play here all day long, feeling like there were endless water games to enjoy. Now I realize there are only 2 big pools and a few slides... and they are not very thrilling. It seems I have really grown up, haha. The children's pool is crowded with kids, but the wave bay suits me better. The water is clean, and there aren't too many people. There is a wave every hour, and my 4-year-old loves sitting on the big water bubbles and floating with the waves. The facilities here are indeed a bit old, but they can really capture the feel of Guangzhou in the 80s. You can use a travel card here, which is very cost-effective. The locker can be scanned for only ¥40 each, and you can open it unlimited times
