This was my first time staying in such a high-end hotel, and I was so excited!

The Yuexiu Marriott Hotel at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center The hotel's architectural style incorporates traditional Lingnan garden elements, making it feel like stepping into a modern Lingnan courtyard. The lobby design is unique, surrounded by greenery, and there is a super distinctive green glass brick wall. When the sunlight shines through the glass bricks, the light and shadows are mottled, making it unbelievably beautiful. 🏖️Outdoor Garden: A Poetic Space with Scenery at Every Step The hotel's outdoor garden is my favorite part, with an area of 80,000 square meters, which is really huge. Strolling through it, you feel like you are in a water town in Jiangnan, with water courtyards, flowing waterfalls, and a Lingnan cultural experience area. I especially like the waterscape at the south gate entrance, with a small boat floating on the water and a huge water curtain next to it. When the lights are on at night, the artistic conception is absolutely amazing. 🛀Guest Room Experience: Attentive Service in the Details I stayed in an executive king room, which has an area of more than 40 square meters and is very spacious. The decoration style is typical Chinese elegance, with wooden furniture and beige wall coverings, as well as exquisite Lingnan-style ornaments. It feels like every detail is telling the story of Lingnan. What surprised me the most was that the bathroom and the living room are designed with glass sliding doors. When closed, it is a private space, and when opened, the entire room looks more open. 🥩Gastronomic Exploration: A Cantonese Feast on the Tip of Your Tongue The hotel's restaurant is also a highlight. The Cantonese cuisine at the Wanhao Chinese Restaurant is very authentic. I tried their signature roast goose, which has a crispy skin and juicy meat. It's absolutely amazing. Breakfast is eaten at Gongchu, and the buffet has a wide variety of dishes. The congee is especially great, and every bite is full of happiness. 🏋️‍♀️Leisure Facilities: The Perfect Place to Relax The hotel's fitness center and indoor heated swimming pool are great places for me to relax during my travels. The gym is well-equipped and the pool is very clean with just the right water temperature. I also especially like to bask in the sun on the lounge chairs by the pool and enjoy a rare moment of leisure. 🌆Overall Feeling: An Urban Oasis This stay at the Yuexiu Marriott Hotel at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center was really rewarding.
