Even though I’m not a hardcore matcha person, I can’t resist anything green 😂 The look is already stunning: deep black sponge wrapped around a vibrant green filling — it’s pure visual satisfaction. 😌 The matcha cream is silky smooth, not bitter at all, with just the right level of sweetness (though personally, I’d prefer it slightly less sweet). I accidentally ate more than half by myself — it got a bit rich near the end, but still worth it! The black sponge cake has a rich egg flavor, soft and fluffy without being dry or overly sweet.
