But now it’s back, and totally worth the wait! 📍Location Tips: It’s a bit tricky to find — tucked inside Huifu East Road, walk past “啫神” (Zhe Shen), and when you see “Maji Tea Stall (孖记茶档)”, it’s right next to it. Three floors, clean minimalist decor, and when I went during tea time, I basically had the whole place to myself 🤭 🍣 My Top Picks: 1. Crispy Burdock & Grilled Eel Hand Roll – ¥28 A huge piece of grilled eel laid right on top of the roll — super appetizing! One bite in: crispy seaweed, fragrant eel, and perfect balance. Loved it. 2. Japanese-Style Panko Fried Shrimp Roll – ¥18 Golden-fried jumbo shrimp 🍤 on top of the roll — crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Crunchy shrimp + toasted seaweed = perfection. 🔥 3. Avocado & Crab Stick Roll – ¥36 Couldn’t resist ordering my forever favorite — crab stick! They also added avocado 🥑, giving it a fresh and creamy taste. A lighter flavor compared to the first two, but still so satisfying!
