🌸 Spring in Guimarães: A Heartfelt Journey! 🇵🇹

#summervacay This little city is actually the birthplace of Portugal – how cool is that?! I was strolling along, heading to the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza (Palácio dos Duques de Bragança), and spotted some truly beautiful tiled walls along the way. So charming! 😍 My heart was happy because I also got to eat some amazing stewed chicken gizzards at Tasquinha do Tio Júlio! They were super soft, tender, and incredibly flavorful. Seriously, melt-in-your-mouth good! 😋 The only downside was that it was Portugal's Independence Day, so almost all the shops were closed.
