I went to "Ayu Cuisine Miyachika" in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture (((((((っ･ω･)っ This time, I was appointed as the first official ambassador for Ayu Cuisine Miyachika ⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝ It's a restaurant where you can eat natural Gujo Ayu, and you can enjoy your meal leisurely while listening to the sound of the river and enjoying the beautiful scenery (*´～｀*)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ŧ‹" I thought Ayu was a summer dish, so I was surprised to hear that it's going to be a delicious season from now on Σ( °-° )Wow The rivers in Gujo are fast-flowing, and the sweetfish that live there are firmer and tastier than those found in other places.
