A day trip to Aomori on Kyunpass

This time, we'll be introducing an incredibly great deal that's now on sale from JR East. Travel on weekdays! We took a whirlwind day trip to Aomori using the JR East Tabi Kyun Early Bird Pass. This is the itinerary for a trip departing and arriving at JR Omiya Station in Saitama Prefecture, but we hope you'll find it useful. 6:25 Departure from Omiya - Arrival at Hachinohe at 8:49 (JR Tohoku Shinkansen Hayabusa No. 49) *Special train that departs before the first train After arriving at Hachinohe, take a taxi to Mutsuminato • Eat Hirame-don at Minato Shokudo Stroll around Mutsuminato Departure from Mutsuminato at 10:45 - Arrival at Hachinohe at 11:00 (JR Hachinohe Line) *Arrives at Hachinohe Station 15 minutes late Departure from Hachinohe at 11:27 - Arrival at Shin-Aomori at 11:51 (JR Tohoku Shinkansen Hayabusa No. 9) Departure from Shin-Aomori at 12:20 - Arrival at Kawabe at 12:49 (JR Ou Main Line) Departure from Kawabe at 12:56 - Arrival at Goshogawara at 13:24 (JR Gono Line) Departure from Tsugaru-Goshogawara at 13:30 - Arrival at Tsugaru-Nakasato at 14:08 (Tsugaru Railway) * Strolled around Tsugaru Nakazato, the northernmost private railway in Japan, and had salt ramen and beer at Zenchan Shokudo. Departed Tsugaru Nakazato at 15:54, arrived Tsugaru Goshogawara (Tsugaru Railway) at 16:38, took the long-awaited stove train. The plan was to leave Goshogawara Nuclear Power Plant at 16:46, arrive Kawabe (JR Gono Line) at 17:23, and leave Kawabe at 17:47, and arrive Shin-Aomori (JR Ou Main Line) at 18:13, but train services were suspended due to heavy snow⚠️*Departed Kawabe Station 53 minutes late. I made a last-minute change to my original plan of departing Shin-Aomori at 18:25, arriving in Sendai at 19:53 (JR Tohoku Shinkansen Hayabusa No. 44), and successfully booked the last Shinkansen train. Applications must be made at least two weeks before the departure date. I reserved reserved seats in advance for Hayabusa 49 from Omiya to Hachinohe and Hayabusa 42 from Shin-Aomori to Omiya, but due to a train delay I quickly changed to the last train and was able to return home safely. I used the special section from Hachinohe to Shin-Aomori. This trip was a trip where I was really blessed with people. In Hachinohe, the Enburi Festival was being held and the local people were very friendly. I also rode the Tsugaru Railway stove train, which I had always wanted to ride, and the attendant told me lots of stories and sang songs for me, so I had a wonderful time and it was a happy trip. On the way, the train was suspended at Kawabe Station, and I thought about spending the night in Aomori, but thanks to the amazing service of the station staff at Tsugaru-Shinjo Station, I was able to return home safely. Accidents are inevitable on a trip, but even with that, I have another wonderful memory of the trip. I am grateful to the friends who accompanied me on this whirlwind day trip.
