Hamamatsu Festival A magnificent parade at night From 18:30 onwards throughout the 3 days of the festival, the parade moves grandly to attract attention from all areas. The beautifully carved floats move through the crowds of people throughout the city center. On these floats, there are traditional music performances by children, adding atmosphere and color to the community. It is a time of beauty like a historical painting.
