The room overall is very good, with two small issues: first, the floor of the shower area remains wet a day after use, which seems to be a problem with the drainage design; second, the room is too smart, automatically turning on the air conditioning and ventilation when people leave, but the temperature is particularly low. The engineering staff adjusted it for several days but didn't completely solve the problem. On the last day, the front desk offered to change our room, but we were too lazy to bother, so we let it be. There is an artificial sand beach by the Golden Sand Lake downstairs of the hotel, where you can take children to dig in the sand. The hotel also provides free sand-digging tools. The sand is a bit coarse, so don't step on it barefoot. Overall, if you can't book a hotel in the city center of Hangzhou, booking here is also an option. Just lower your expectations for the service a bit. Also, there is no lounge or swimming pool here.
