Spring in Hangzhou is hidden in Prince Bay 🌷. Here's how to avoid the crowds: Transportation 🚌: The best route! Take the "Big Red Bean Digital Line" from Wulin Square West. Board the double-decker bus at the first stop and enjoy panoramic views of the West Lake spring scenery from the second floor all the way to Su Causeway! For the return trip, it is recommended to board the bus before 17:00. If you miss it, walk 15 minutes to Wushan Square subway station. It's difficult to get a taxi in the scenic area, plus it's a no-parking zone, keep that in mind! Ticket Reservations 🎫: New rules! This year, you must book timed-entry tickets 1 day in advance through the "Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area" official WeChat account. There are 5 time slots available. It is recommended to book the 8:00–10:00 slot as there are fewer people and the light is softer, perfect for portraits! Flower Map 🌷: Check-in map for rare varieties! Don't miss the parrot-type fringed tulips at Fanghuai Pavilion, the bathtub varieties by the water's edge at Jiuyiao Feiying, and the red and white fringed San Leandro tulips in the windmill area.
