Little Burnaby Cafe

#japantrip Are you looking for a cozy little military friendly cafe near Yokosuka? Check out Little Burnaby Cafe in Hayama, close to the Hayama Market and new Hayama Starbucks. This sweet spot is owned by young husband and wife duo, Robinson & Hiroko. Robinson is from Burnaby, Canada 🇨🇦 and Hiroko is from Osaka. They decided to move to Hayama from Vancouver, 5 years ago and start their Japan adventure, with a little cafe on the bottom floor of their home. They serve up a variety of tasty eats including ruby red spicy chicken karaage with blue cheese, a veggie appetizer, vanilla milkshakes, peanut butter and banana sandwiches and a selection of craft beers from Canada and all over. Our kids were delighted to find Robinson's collection of small old skool gaming devices, which he's happy to share with customers of all ages, and we were happy to find a cozy spot with tasty food and a friendly vibe.
