Dagu Glacier Scenic Area is a must-visit destination to witness the majestic snow-capped mountains. Initially, my expectations weren't high, as friends jokingly referred to it as "Dagu Glacier without the glacier." However, upon immersing myself in the sea of clouds and snow-capped peaks, I realized the glacier's presence was secondary. I was deeply moved by the breathtaking beauty of the snowscape. Ladies, you must experience this! My visit to Dagu Glacier lasted from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The scenery was so captivating that time seemed to slip away. When planning your trip, I highly recommend bringing ice cleats, as the icy surfaces can be slippery. Safety is paramount. Warm clothing is also essential, including gloves and a hat! The potential dangers of the glacier should not be underestimated, especially near the "Blue Ice Wall." Not only is the ice on the lake surface thin, but the "Blue Ice Wall" also poses a risk of collapse. Please prioritize your safety! Here are some essential items: sunglasses, a hat, a scarf, gloves, sunscreen, hand warmers, and an oxygen tank. Ticket prices for the scenic area are as follows: * Entry Ticket: CNY 120 * Sightseeing Bus: CNY 70 (round trip) * Cable Car: CNY 180 (round trip) I recommend hiring a car for more flexibility. If you choose to drive yourself, exercise extreme caution. The scenery here is definitely worth the adventure!
