#日本酒店 This is a 160-year-old traditional Japanese luxury family hotel (left side of Figure 1), which is a great place to experience and understand the traditional Japanese accommodation and food culture. As a family hotel, this one is actually not small in size, but from the moment guests are welcomed into the guest rooms, introduced to the facilities in the hotel's public areas, and served breakfast and dinner, until they leave, every moment gives the guests a homely feeling. The hotel consists of a group of interconnected wooden buildings, including the Songyue Building, which was built in 1903, which were designed and built according to the tastes of the time. The long and narrow tatami corridor is lined with bodhi tree window guards on both sides, which is also a feature of the hotel that really caught my eye. Just as the hotel said: This may cause inconvenience to our guests, but we will be very happy if you can regard this as a kind of taste. Dinner is kaiseki cuisine, and the ingredients are seasonal, such as mountain delicacies in spring and autumn, river fish in summer, and winter yellowtail in winter. Of course, Hida beef is indispensable. Dinner can be arranged in the room, but I always like to enjoy it in a traditional Japanese private room. The waiters who deliver the food are all older and experienced women, but they are very ceremonial. No matter how good the dinner was, it was within expectations, but the breakfast was really unexpected. Compared with the pitch darkness all around at night, the sunlight shining directly into the private room in the early morning was first eye-catching. Then, seeing the table full of neatly arranged dishes with a wide variety of dishes, I was in a good mood all day. Soaking in hot springs is also the main purpose of staying here. The scale of the hot spring pool is certainly not comparable to that of a big hotel, but because the number of guests received is also small, the experience is no less inferior. The same goes for the public areas, which never feel crowded, and it's even difficult to run into other guests at the same time. #Overseas Travel #Japan Travel #Japanese Food #Japanese Cuisine #Kaiseki Cuisine #Japanese Breakfast #Hotel with a Good Value #Hotel Restaurant #Hotel Introduction #Hotel Experience Officer #Hotel Recommendation #Hotel Recommendation #Food Recommendation #Sashimi
