This festival has been held since ancient times as an event where local parishioners give thanks for the autumn harvest and dedicate it to the gods. In particular, the sight of the taiko float called "futon taiko", which is decorated with gold on a red base, parading down the approach to the shrine with spirited shouts is a spectacular sight that attracts many spectators. The date will be changed from 2024, and the taiko float will be brought into the shrine on October 12th and 13th. Please note that the main festival on the 15th is not open to the public, and the Taikodai floats will not be brought into the shrine.
