Sakura at Himeji Castle

On April 9, 2025, I traveled from Osaka to Himeji. Since I had already purchased the JR Kansai Wide Area Pass, I could take the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka Station to Himeji Station, which only took 40 minutes. After arriving at the station, I walked about 1 kilometer to the castle. Around the castle, there were many cherry blossom trees in full bloom, creating a stunning view. The entrance fee to the castle was 1,000 yen. The path leading up to the castle consisted of steep stairs, as it is an ancient castle that has been preserved in its original state.
