You can take a ferry from Takamatsu Port to Shodoshima, Naoshima, Teshima and other places. 🌟Highlights of the trip: ✅Takamatsu: Not only is it a transit point in the Seto Inland Sea, it is also one of the largest cities in Shikoku. Spend the day checking out the four seasons of Ritsurin Park, strolling around the ruins of Takamatsu Castle, and then going to Kitahama Alley for a stroll and a meal. ✅Shodoshima: This island was made famous by the movie “Kiki’s Delivery Service”. The movie village by the sea allows you to shoot blockbuster movies in minutes. There is also the Angel Road that only appears after low tide, which is full of romantic elements. ✅Naoshima: Japanese national treasure artists Yayoi Kusama and Tadao Ando both left their works here. I would also like to check in just for the yellow pumpkin on the beach~ ✅Toyoshima: A small island full of stories but not many attractions. The Teshima Art Museum is more popular because it only has one work. When the weather is good, you can come here to stroll around and enjoy the full atmosphere. 📌Tips for playing: ⭕️The Seto Inland Sea Art Festival, held every four years, is very lively, during which many festival-limited works will be unveiled. If you are interested in art, you must come! ⭕️Reservations must be made in advance for the Chichu Art Museum and Teshima Art Museum, and visitors can only go there at the scheduled time. No late visitors will be accepted. Friends who go there must plan their time reasonably. ⭕️You are not allowed to take photos inside most art galleries, but the exterior alone is full of attractions. For example, the Benesse House Observation Deck, where you can enjoy a 365-degree view of the beautiful sea view. ⭕️The Tadao Ando Museum is quite popular. It opens at 10 o'clock. We arrived at 9:30 and the entrance was already full of guests. There are not many art installations inside, but more manuscripts.
