Introducing Ryokan Umehibiki, which is about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Fukuoka Airport. It is a place where we were treated very well and had a good rest. 2. We stopped by somewhere else and arrived a little late, but they recognized us right away. I recommend checking in by 5 PM at the latest and eating from 7 PM! 3. It is a course meal, but it was prepared in advance because we arrived late. From the welcome food to the sashimi and miso soup, everything was beautiful and delicious. It is also fun to look at together, right? 4. The pre-meal drink was a little strong. I felt like it was going down really fast because I ate it on an empty stomach. After that, I ate the crispy ones in order and then the sashimi, and it melted slowly. 5. Chawang is a dish that melts softly in your mouth and whets your appetite. 6. Even though I don't really like sashimi, I ate it so deliciously. They told me to dip it in pink salt and it tasted different when I ate it like that. Fresh sashimi is the best! 7.
