It was located on the 5th floor of the old building in District 1 (similar to the famous Apartment building on 42 Nguyen Hue) Vibe: Japanese vibe with some sitting are on the floor. There is a huge bookshelf with all the Japanese mangas. Tip: sitting outside at the balcony for the vibrant street view of Nguyen Hue walking street.
