Temple recommendations.

The Daqing Mountains turn south from the east at Sumuqin, and then turn north from the west at Jiuyuan, making this area a strategic location since ancient times. From Yunzhong County, Shengle City, and Fengzhou City to today's Hohhot, the southern foothills of the Daqing Mountains are dotted with Mongolian temples. Hohhot, known as the Buddhist capital of the grasslands, is famous for its many temples, including the seven major temples and eight minor temples, which can still be visited today. Many of the halls still retain their original Ming Dynasty architecture. The Xilituzhao Temple is rigorously structured, the Wusutu Temple is ingeniously built, the Sumuqin Temple is weathered and dilapidated, the Dazhao Temple is solemn and magnificent, the murals and ceilings of the Meidaizhao Temple are splendid and exquisite, and the halls of the Wudangzhao Temple are well-preserved. All of these are truly amazing! Walking among them, you can see the solemnity of today's halls, the old shadows of Altan Khan's construction, and the roots of the Green City.
