Island Shangri-La Dinner Buffet

After trying the one in Kowloon The one on Hong Kong Island is really far apart 1️⃣ 4 kinds of seafood become 6 kinds The lobster🦞 is not tough at all This was a surprise, the first time I had frozen lobster was so delicious 2️⃣ Sashimi🐟 more choices have northern scallops I can't remember how many models last time 3️⃣ Salad dishes super many choices Love it when it's put up like an organic farm There are some dishes to choose from that are usually rarely seen 4️⃣ Hot plate The one in Kowloon has steamed fish There is nothing special about the hot plate placed here on an induction cooker What's more special is the stew that comes out at 7:30 (great and not heavy on MSG). There’s also peanut broad bean chicken leg soup (but I think it’s too salty).
